Protecting Our Children’s Photos
Photos uploaded to our events may contain images of children. These photos are only ever visible to registered, logged-in members of the Pink Shirts community. They are never made public, never indexed by search engines, and never shared with or sold to third parties.
1. About Us
The Pink Shirts Father Daughter Camp is a community of families associated with Wenona School, North Sydney, New South Wales. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Pink Shirts Father Daughter Camp community. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect to:

- Communicate important information about events you have registered for
We do not use your information for any purpose that is unrelated to running our camps and community, unless you have consented or we are required by law.
4. Photos & Children’s Privacy
Because our events involve children, we take particular care with any photographs shared within the community. All photos uploaded to event pages are stored securely and are only accessible to registered members who are logged in to their account. Photos are never displayed publicly, are not accessible to anyone without an account, and are never shared with or sold to third parties. This approach reflects our obligations to protect children under Australian privacy law. If you would like a photo of your family removed at any time, please contact our Privacy Officer and we will action your request promptly.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your personal information is stored in secure, encrypted databases. Access is restricted to authorised community organisers who need the information to run our events. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
